المستخلص This study aims generally to recognize the patterns of favorite and common organizational cultures between these two organizations in this study and the relationship between organizational culture and administrative corruption. To achieve the goals of this study, answer its enquiries and verify study hypotheses, the researcher used social survey approach (complete census). She also used the comparative approach by comparing between responses of (129) employees in Engineering Management Organization and (100) employees in Egyptian Agriculture Bank. The necessary data have been collected in this study by using different systemic tools such as questionnaire, direct observation and analyzing documents and records. The researcher has depended on R. Harrison and H. Stokes scale to measure organizational patterns and attributes. The results of this study have revealed that the power culture is the common pattern in organizational culture in one of the two organizations in this study (Engineering Management Organization). On other hand, bureaucracy culture is the common pattern in organizational culture in (Egyptian Agriculture Bank). Also, results assure that person / support culture is the common and favorite culture for employees in both organizations in this study and after that comes the preference of achievement culture. The results of this study have confirmed the validity of these three assumptions:- 1) Employees prefer person /support culture more than achievement culture inside the organization. 2) There is a positive relationship between power culture and the widespread of administrative corruption. 3) The relationship between power culture and widespread of administrative culture is more than bureaucracy culture. The results of this study couldn’t confirm the validity of these two assumptions:- 1) Bureaucracy culture (Role culture) is the common organizational culture in this organization. |
