Abstract

200and fifty examples of chicken filet, burger, shiesh, chunks and lunch meeting (50, each) were bought from Sharkia governorate, Egypt. All the gathered examples were aseptically dealt with and promptly moved in a refrigerator to Meat Hygiene research facility, Food Control Department, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. The bacteriological assessment was applied for specification of vigorous plate tally, seclusion of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis.
Vigorous plate check
The APC of chicken items went from 3.2 to 6.4, 4.21 to 7.12, 3.26 to 6.51, 2.28 to 5.26 and 2.89 to 4.18 with mean estimations of 5.24 ± 0.24, 6.13 ± 0.32, 5.34 ± 0.27, 4.35 ± 0.22 and 3.62 ± 0.18log10CFU/g, individually for inspected chicken filet, burger, sheish, chunks and lunch get-together.
Staphylococcus aureus
Staphylococcus aureus distinguished in the inspected chicken filet, burger, sheish, pieces and lunch meeting with rates of 32%, 72%, 58%, 54% and 22%, with mean qualities 3.25 ± 0.18, 3.94 ± 0.23, 3.21 ± 0.19, 3.61 ± 0.24 and 2.75 ± 0.16 log10 CFU/g, individually. The S. aureus strains had the most elevated protection from methicillin, cefotaxime, kanamycin and streptomycin (100%) trailed by high protection from amoxicillin-clavulanic corrosive (84%), gentamicin (82%), erythromycin (62.96%), neomycin (78%), oxytetracycline (74%) and erythromycin (68%).The moderate helplessness to clindamycin (34%), doxycycline (38%), ciprofloxacin (42%), Trimethoprime+ Sulphamethazole (34%), Chloramphenicol (32%), in the interim, all disconnects were delicate to vancomycin.
