The study headed for an urgent desire to delve deeper into studying the judicial and disciplinary system in general, and the Kuwaiti legal and judicial system in particular to identify the nature of disciplinary guarantees before administrative and presidential bodies and disciplinary councils and disciplinary courts, as well as to increase what is being done in comparative systems, especially Egyptian law. Based on the above, the subject of the study was divided into: Chapter one: The right to defense in general Chapter Two: Disciplinary guarantees for administrative and presidential bodies and bodies Chapter Three: Disciplinary guarantees before disciplinary boards and disciplinary courts Conclusion: We discussed the most important results and most important recommendations.
