المستخلص Through the reference survey and the work of his researcher in the field of athletics I noticed a significant decline in the digital level of the triple jump competition, where the distance achieved by the player of Al-Ahli Club for the first place in the Republic championship in April 2017 is 15.43 m while the distance achieved by the player ranked first in the Cup Championship in November 2016, which is 15.53 m, while the distance achieved by the player ranked first in the World Championship 2011 is 17.96 m, and when studying and explaining this phenomenon The researcher found an imbalance in the sequence of technical stages of the triple jump competition, where players exaggerate in the performance of the stage hopscotch, which affects the stages of the step and jump and the inability to distribute the effort on the three stages, which leads to the lack of coherence and consistency and harmony between the stages of technical performance of the triple jump competition The rhythm of each stage affects the ideal distance the player can achieve by organizing the rhythm and rhythm of the technical performance of the competition. In the event of a flaw in the link between the sequence of stages of performance of the triple jump, this affects the digital level, which led the researcher to analyze the performance of players and analysis of the sports movement characteristics of the triple jump competition and to identify the physical and biomechanical variables and derivatives that contribute to the development of performance and work on them and know the rhythm and artem Performance of the triple jump competition and its use to develop special exercises in rhythmic harmony to improve the skill level of the performance of the competition with the best sports performance and improve the digital level of the triple jump competition for the research sample. Third: Research Objective The research aims at designing special exercises for rhythmic harmony in the light of biomechanical variables of performance and knowing its effect on: - 1. Mechanical variables that govern the performance of the triple jump competition (under research). 2. Physical variables of the players of the triple jump competition for the research sample (under research). 3. The technical performance level of the players of the triple jump competition (under discussion). 4. The digital performance level of the players of the triple jump competition (under discussion). Fourth: Research hypotheses 1. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre and post measurements of the mechanical variables of the triple jump competition in favor of the post measurement of the research sample. 2. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the physical variables of the triple jump competition in favor of the post measurement of the research sample. 3. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the technical performance level of the triple jump competition in favor of the post measurement of the research sample. 4. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the digital performance level of the triple jump competition in favor of the post measurement of the research sample. 5. There is a positive correlation statistically significant between the dimensional measurements level of technical performance and the level of digital performance of the sample in the research triple jump competition of the research sample. Fifth: Research Methodology The researcher used the experimental method to design one group using pre and post measurement to suit the nature of the research. Sixth: Society and Research Sample: The research community included athletes competitions in Al-Ahli club registered in Beni Suef governorate (16) players. Players. Reasons for selecting a search sample: • Regularity of players in the training of field and track competitions. • The age of training for players in field and track competitions, which was determined (three years training). • Accept the sample search on the search procedure on them. Sixth: Conclusions Based on the results of the research and in view of the goal and research hypotheses, the researcher reached the following conclusions: 1. The proposed program has a positive effect on improving the biomechanical variables of the players of the triple jump competition. 2. The proposed program has a positive impact on the technical performance level of the players of the triple jump competition. 3. The proposed program has a positive impact on the digital performance level of the players of the triple jump competition. 4. The proposed program in rhythmic harmony showed a positive correlation between the technical performance level and the digital performance level for the results of the measurements of the players of the three jumping sample. 5. The proposed program led to the improvement of the percentage change of the dimensional and tribal measurements in the technical and digital performance level of the players of the triple jump competition. Seventh: Recommendations In light of the results of the research and the conclusions reached, the researcher recommends the following: 1. Attention to the selection of special exercises with emphasis on the attention to adjust the rhythm and harmony motor during the performance in the light of the requirements of skill achievement. 2. interest in planning training programs to ensure balance and harmony in the performance of technical stages and interdependence of the skill of triple jump. 3. Application of the proposed training program using harmony, which was used in this research because of its positive impact on improving the level of technical performance and the level of digital performance for them. 4. The need to conduct similar studies dealing with other competitions in athletics. 5. The application of this research in the national project of junior athletics under the auspices of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Prof. Ashraf Sobhy, under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Barhouma (Technical Director). |
