المستخلص This research aims at studying and assessing limits of Change in the Egyptian universities it concentrates on Change strategies in both Cairo and Helwan universities,. The research fallowed the analytical descriptive approach, including both theoritical and field studies. The field study used Questionnaire and documentary survey for data collection. This text is comprised of three main chapters:- Chapter one: - is an introduction mainly concerned with the research problem and methodological issues . Chapter two:- is concerned with The literature review and conceptual matter Chapter three: - is dedicated to the field study, including, case study analysis, statistical analyses of the Questionnaire responces and research findings. In conclusion, the research Shows That Egyptian Universities apply change Strategies, But Their Success is dependent on the continuity of top management in personnel personnel Their Posts. |
