Abstract

This systematic review is performed to compare between internal
distraction osteogenesis and conventional orthognathic surgery in treating
non growing CL/P patients with maxillary hypoplasia regarding skeletal
maxillary stability.
PICOTS:
P (Population): Non- growing CL/P patients with maxillary hypoplasia
I (Intervention): Internal Distraction Osteogenesis of maxilla.
C (Comparator): Conventional Orthognathic Surgery of maxilla.
O (Outcomes): Primary and Secondary outcomes shown in table (3, 4)
