Abstract

The aim of this study is to assessment the quality of food and beverage service in the social clubs in Mansoura City, clarify the tools and factors that affect the quality of services and the quality of food and beverages in this sector, and evaluate the study and analyze Positives and negatives of each tool from the point of customers and managers opinions. The results obtained were reviewed and analyzed through the customer questionnaire forms, data and information obtained through managers questionnaire forms and Checklist questionnaire forms.The results of the study showed that the majority of customers’ opinions were negative (not agreed) on the existence of good service for food and beverage in social clubs, as well as lack of interest of employees in the performance of their work and their personal hygiene in addition the lack of interesting from the managers about customers’ problems and complains.
