The current research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of a program based on Renzulli enrichment model development higher order thinking skills and decision making ability for gifted students of secondary stage in biology. The present research aimed at Presenting a program based on Renzulli Enrichment model in developing higher order thinking skills and decision-making ability for gifted students of secondary stage in biology, and identify the effect of the program in developing the Achievement, higher order thinking skills and decision-making ability for gifted students of the first year secondary grade in biology, and identify the statistically significant correlations between the scores of the experimental group, in both of the Achievement test, higher order thinking skills test, and decision-making ability Gauge. Research Results: There is statistically significant differences at level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the achievement test in favor of the experimental group. There was a significant impact for the differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- post application of the achievement test in favor of the post application.There is statistically significant differences at level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of higher order thinking skills test in favor of the experimental group. There was a significant impact for the differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- post application of higher order thinking skills test in favor of the post application.There is statistically significant at level (0.01) differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- post application of decision-making ability gauge in favor of the post application. There is statistically significant positive correlations at level (0.01- 0.05) between the scores of the experimental group, in the pre- post application in both of the Achievement test, higher order thinking skills test, and decision-making ability Gauge.
