Abstract
Cloud computing is used to share data, services and resources using internet connection.
Data security is aimed to ensure security of data. Steganography is one of information
hiding techniques used for solving this issue. It is the art and science of hiding data in a
file in such a way that no one knows about the communication between sender and
intended recipient. This work provides a novel method to image steganography using
Discrete Cosine Transform DCT in frequency domain. Any two mid-frequency
elements of the DCT coefficients are arbitrary chosen and used to hide secret message
according to their values.
