Abstract Based on a statistic analysis and systematic review, Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) were the most efficient biomarkers for diagnosis patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) among acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients at baseline levels. While the use of simple score based on combination of baseline levels of creatinine kinase MB, Troponin I, MPO, MCP-1 could provide the superior efficiency for early diagnosis of AMI, and for discriminating AMI patients from other chest pain patients. Giving the opportunity to provide a suitable treatment plan for these patients. |
