This study aims to determine the impact of Flexible work arrangements on Job engagement in the Egyptian environment by applying to the employees of the private sector pharmaceutical companies in Dakahlia governorate. To achieve this goal, a 28-word survey was designed. The sample size was 315, and their responses were collected from the employees of the private sector pharmaceutical companies in Dakahlia from the community studied and analyzed statistically using the SPSS program.
The results showed that there was a positive correlation between all dimensions of flexible work arrangements and the dimensions of job engagement, and also showed a positive effect between flexibility in the workplace and flexibility in continuity of work on the vigor and the dedication. There was a significant positive effect for both flexibility in the time of work and flexibility in the amount of work on the absorption, there is a significant negative effect of the flexibility in the continuity of work on the absorption.
The study presented a set of scientific recommendations to be used to increase the levels of flexible work arrangements as well as the job engagement between the employees of the private sector pharmaceutical companies in Dakahlia governorate.
