During the previous study, we discussed in the introductory chapter the concept of privatization, its objectives and motivation, as well as the concept of economic efficiency, types and standards. In the first chapter we discussed the mechanism of achieving efficiency through the first reference in the first chapter to methods and methods of privatization. In this study, we found that Egypt is following the selling method in implementing the privatization program.
