Abstract
This thesis divided into two parts, as follows:
part One:
Synthesis Of New 2-N-Substitutedamino-5-aryl-1,3-thiazoles As Antitumor Agents
This section contains the manufacture of new thiazole derivatives, chemical structure of the new 1,3-thiazole derivatives has been demonstrated by chemical and spectral methods (IR, NMR and mass spectrometry).
The biological activity of thiazole and carbazone derivatives, which were prepared as anti-cancer drugs against two different cancer cell lines (breast cancer cell line, liver cancer cell line).
Part two:
Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Some Novel 2-Thiohydantoin Derivatives As Apoptosis Inducer
This part contains the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of new derivatives of thiohydantoin.
