This study focuses on the issues of self in the poetry of Farouk Farkhzad, through the poems contained in the five columns, namely: (prisoner: prisoner), (Dewar: wall), (disobedience: disobedience), and (Toledo Deger: the new birth) And (Iman Bayorim as a mystery separating chapter: to believe in the beginning of the separation of the cold), in an attempt to identify the poet through her poetry, and access to the depths of creativity; to know its position from the universe and life, and knowledge of ideas, And different visions, as the study aimed to know the voice of the self has, was the voice of narcissism sterile? In order to achieve the objectives of this study, and in the light of the previous methodology, the nature of the research necessitated that in its present form it should include a preface, a preface, two chapters, and an end. The first element presented a brief account of the personality of the poet, while the second element is the essence and content, while the third element dealt with the factors that caused the emergence of poetry of the poet. The first chapter came under the title: The situations of the self in the poet, which consisted of three chapters, dealt in the first chapter: the loving self, while the second chapter dealt with the expatriate self, while the third chapter came from the sad self. The second chapter entitled ”Relations of the Self in the Poet”, which consisted of three chapters, spoke in the first chapter about the relation of the self to the place. The second chapter deals with the relationship of the self with time, while the third chapter deals with the relationship of the self to the other. The study came out with a set of results, summarized as follows: Although the appearance of self in the poetry of Frog clearly, they were not dreamy self-detached from reality, or self-contained, but we find it hold, and face reality frank confrontation in a modern spirit, Her voice was not an empty narcissistic voice; it was an innovative voice that reflected human issues and concerns. It left her reflecting social issues that she had interacted with and revealed her position on them.
