The study includes five chapters and a conclusion that is attached to the list of Arab and foreign sources and references Chapter 1: The methodological procedures of the study (the problem, importance, objectives, previous studies, study questions, scientific hypotheses, study sample, data collection tools, categories and units of analysis and statistical processing of data, in addition to procedural definitions of the study concepts) Chapter II: The theoretical framework of the study (Cultivation Theory - Media Dependency Theory - The Elaboration Likelihood Model of Persuasion ل (ELM). Chapter III: F: deals with the reality of crime in Egyptian society and its motivation and the relationship between the crime specificity in television programs and the trends of different viewers in addition to the ethics of the presentation of crime in television programs and ways to combat them. Chapter Four: This chapter deals with the analytical study of the content of crime programs in the Egyptian satellite channels Chapter 5: This chapter includes the results of the field study for the viewers of crime programs from the Egyptian general public from 18 to more than 60 years. This study is attached to the conclusion and list of sources, references and supplements.
