المستخلص This research aims to study, the impact of e-management on job performance. The study population may be from Specialized Medical Hospital, Mansoura University. The researcher used on the random sample method in selecting the Sample. The researcher used a survey list prepared for collecting data on the study variables in the dimensions of the electronic management (independent variable) and the dimensions of the Job performance (dependent variable). The researcher used the analysis of the field study data for the Alpha Kronbach coefficient, The dimensions of electronic management on the dimensions of functional performance, method of descriptive analysis, and the method of analysis of one-way variance The study found that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of the electronic management and each other at a significant level of 1%, and the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of Job performance and each other at a level of 1%. As well as a significant impact of the dimensions of electronic management on the dimensions of Job performance |
