The General Administration of Libraries at the University – Computer Department (2006) has designed a system that works in the Central Library and University Libraries. It is a locally manufactured manufacturing in the university, and laid the foundations for the current system. Al-Azhar has a number of major challenges which affect the degree of competition for similar systems. It also needs constant development, and with the emergence of many integrated automated systems, there is an urgent need to evaluate the performance of the system in order to determine its suitability for use at present. In order to achieve the necessary results, or to reach a firm result of the inevitability of dispensing with it and replacing it with a more widespread and distinguished system of quality in providing its services and in accordance with international standards for library systems. Al-Azhar University and users of this system, and to build a unified index of university libraries at Al-Azhar University . Research Methodology and Tools: The researcher used this case study .
