The first chapter dealt with the most important concepts related to the subject of the study, including transformations, class, middle class, as well as clarification of the main theoretical directions of this study.The second chapter discusses the most important previous studies that have been exposed to this subject Chapter three attempts to shed light on the historical stages that have passed between the rise and collapse of this class., both locally an Chapter four attempts to explain in this chapter the policy of economic openness, as well as the extent to which the middle class is affected by this policy, both socially and economically.Chapter 5 deals with the methodological procedures of the field study. This study was conducted on the city of Belqas in Dakahlia governorate. Chapter 6 discusses the results of the field study.The study reached a number of results, including:-The middle class in Egyptian society lost much in the fifties and sixties, and even worked to phase out them, and then the class opportunities available to most segments of Egyptian society have shrunk.
