Abstract
1. The first aim of this study was to evaluate the adaptation of three
types of endodontic materials namely Endosequence BC, Biodentine and
AH plus, to root canal dentine by the scanning electron microscope
(SEM).
2. The second aim was to measure the calcium and silicon
incorporation into the adjacent root dentine (bioactivity of the tested
materials).
3. Third one was to measure the increase in pH after immersion in
acidic media.
