Abstract
Thirty two patients with NSTEMI admitted to coronary care unit at the cardiology department, Minia University Hospital, during the period from November 2014 to May 2015 presenting up to 180 min of chest pain onset.
12-lead ECG was obtained to all Patients and those without persistent ST elevation were included in our study.
All patients were subjected to history taking considering age ,sex and cardiovascular risk factors as hypertension , diabetes mellitus and cigarette smoking.
