This study aimed to be an addition to the studies which made before, as the researcher took from the Argo epic for Valerius Flaccus an example for this study, and the reasons which made her to choose the topic.First: This research has not been studied in the Egyptian Arabic republic beforeSecond: The benefit of the researchers from this study.The approach on which research depends is the analytic approach, by extracting the evidences in the work that has been applied, and then this evidences is studying carefully.The research reached the following results: It’s clear from the folds of this research that the Argo’s journey is the most famous event in marine navigation in Greek myths, and Valerius wrote a copy of his epic in the reign of Flavius family (69-96 AD), and one of the most important topics addressed by the epics of that era is the civil war and the murder of brothers. Valerius’s epic in bigger manner than the remediation of his counterpart Apollonius.the philosophy of stoicism had a great effect on the poets of that age, and the most famous poets are Seneca and Lucanus.This study divided into three chapters:The first chapter: Philosophy and poetry.The second chapter: The structure of the character of Medea.The third chapter: The structure of the character of Jason.
