المستخلص The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on TRIZ theory and the Six- hats Strategy on developing some creative thinking skills and some Mathematical thinking skills of Mathematics Department students of Faculty of Education- Hodeida University - Yemen. The research has adopted the quasi-experimental research design, of a sample that is consisted of 90 students divided into three groups. ) two experimental and one control). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has designed and applied a number of tools and materials including: the training program based on the “The Unit of Real Functions” in light of TRIZ Theory (The instructor guide, and the activities), as well as the instructor guide and activities based on the Six Hats Strategy, and a test to measure Creative Thinking Skills (Fluency, Flexibility, and Originality). The research has come to the following results: - The effectiveness of the training program based on the principles of TRIZ theory on developing some creative thinking skills as well as some mathematical thinking skills among students of the Department of Mathematics Faculty of Education, University of Hodeida, Yemen. - The effectiveness of the training program based on the Six hats strategy in developing some creative thinking skills, and some mathematical thinking among students of teachers Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Education, University of Hodeida - Yemen. - TRIZ theory was found to be more effective than the six hats strategy on developing mathematical thinking skills and creative thinking skills. |
