The study aimed to identify the changing values of young people and their impact on the process of political participation, disclosure of societal political and social variables and their impact on the values of young people, to detect the most important positive and negative values as a result of the process of social changes, identify the impact of positive values and negative values on political participation, disclosure of positive youth participation in the study population, intervention to visualize the proposal to address the problems arising from the negative values that affect political participation. The results of the study were carried out on a random sample of students from the Delta University of Science and Technology at a total of (321) students from the faculties of Dentistry, Pharmacology, Physiotherapy, Engineering, Management, the corresponding non-regulated with five cases of the research community. Include the current study on the seven chapters, the first chapter titled theoretical and methodological procedures for the study, the second chapter is interested in viewing a number of previous studies and researches on this subject, Chapter III deals with social, economic and political changes in Egyptian society that Maht of revolutions January 25 and June 30, while the chapter focuses fourth changing values of young people on the process of political participation impact, while the fifth chapter deals with the positive and negative values of young people and their impact on the process of political participation, Chapter VI methodological procedures for field study, Chapter VII deals with the discussion of the results of Durr Field Study.
