Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quantitative analysis of the sweat constituents of the hydrophilic moieties including urea, uric acid, lactic acid and traces elements including sodium, potassium and calcium using an advanced device HPLC and evaluate the pH value of the sweat mixure up on recurrent infection with pityriasis versicolor and the study proved that is there is a change of concentrations of constituents leads to alkaline shift of the sweat so the topical acidic therapeutic modalities were more effective rather than even systemic azoles with great value of use of megalonic acid systemically for eradication of infection avoiding post inflammatory hypopigmentation and study recommends further investigations of lipophilic moieties.
