Abstract Sea bream and Sea bass brood stock used in the present study were collected from Manzala Lake and some privet fish farms in Damitta govemorate. This study shows the possibility of Sea bream induced spawning in captivity at different temperature 18, 19, 20 0 C by exposing to program of temperature and photoperiod to complete the maturation and spawning. The results showed that fertilized eggs and hatching rate as well as the care of the larvae after hatching and estimate the survival rate of fries. During, this study the spawning season of Sea bream was provided to start in October, rather than December. The best results of fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate for the treatment of 18 0 C followed by the treatment of 19 0 C. The second part of the study shows the possibility of Sea bass spawning and complete the maturation of gonads in captivity by hormonal injection. Sea bass brood stocks were injected into three treatments, hCG, LHRH and LHRH+hCG. The results showed the brood stock maturity, quantity of the produced eggs, fertilization rate, latency period, time of releasing eggs and the mortality of the fish after hormone injection. The best results of the amount of fertilized eggs for the treatment of hormone (LHRH) and the best result of non-fertilized eggs, fertilization rate for treatment of (hCG + LHRH) and the poorest results for the treatment of hormone (hCG).
