The problem of delinquent people form a Danger to the Modern societies We have highlighted In our study how to deal with delinquent juveniles and susceptible to Aberration based on substantive and procedural rules relating to the juvenile. We concluded the following recommendations and suggestions: Work on the appointment of members of the competent judicial police of juvenile issues.
