The Study aims to measure the effect of LMX dimensions on Job embeddedness, Both organizational and community. Applied to Industrial companies of the Public Business Sector in Middle Delta. data were collected from 318 units form employees in this companies, was used ( descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, logistic regression. T-test, One-Way ANOVA) in analyzing the data analysis.The study found That there is a significant positive effect of Affect on organizational Fit and community Fit. And also found that there is a significant effect of Loyalty on organizational Fit, community Sacrifice, organizational Sacrifice and community Links. Also found a significant effect of Contribution on organizational Fit only, and found a significant effect of Professional Respect on community Fit, community Sacrifice, organizational Sacrifice, community Links and organizational links.The study also tested the significant differences in the level of LMX quality and JE according to demographic variables. The study found a significant difference in LMX quality according to age, length of service and social status. And also found that there is a found a significant difference in JE according to age and length of service. And there is a significant difference in community Links, organizational links and community Sacrifice according to social status. And there is a significant difference in in community Links, organizational links, organizational Fit and organizational Sacrifice according to number of children in the family.
