This Research aims to determine the impact of the international standard specification (ISO10015) requirements for training quality on the effectiveness of training programs, and applied in Telecom Egypt Training Sector. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees in Telecom Egypt training sector. Sample size is 200, and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data. The Results of the Research show that all requirements of the international standard specification (ISO10015) which represented in (identifying performance gap, defining training needs, designing & planning training, providing for training, evaluating training outcomes and monitoring& improving the training process) are positively related with all dimensions of the effectiveness of training programs which represented in (reaction, learning, behavior and results). The results also show that some of the international standard specification (ISO10015) requirements (as independent variables) have a significant effect on all dimensions of the effectiveness of Training Programs as dependent variables.
