Abstract
This Study tries to empirically find the Determinants of Profitability of non-financial firms that are listed in Egypt`s Stock exchange. Those determinants iclude financial ratios indicatros that can be calculated from balance sheets income statements of those companies. the study aims at developing three statistical models that will predict return on asset return on equity and probability of loss.
