المستخلص This study aims to determine The role of financial and in-kind Incentives in Organizational loyalty Development, applied study on Royal Court Affairs in Sultanate of Oman In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees of all departments. Sample size is 347, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study show that financial and in-kind Incentives and the dimensions of Organizational loyalty which represented in (emotional organizational loyalty, standard organizational loyalty, continuous organizational loyalty) are positively related with each other. Also Results show that financial and in-kind Incentives(as independent variables) have a significant effect on all the dimensions of Organizational loyalty which represented in (emotional loyalty, standard loyalty, continuous loyalty) as dependent variables. |
