The present study aims to identify the relationship between communication skills and all of the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy and political participation for a sample of University Students Union, the study aimed to identify the differences between the mean scores of belonging and non-belonging to the Union of University Students in both the communication skills and emotional intelligence and self - efficacy and political participation. Sample of field study consisted of (200) male and female university students, by one hundred (100) from university student unions, and one hundred (100) from university students, and they have been chosen by purposive sample method from some of Egyptian universities, and the ages of sample range between (18-23) years old, the researcher used the following tools: 1- Communication skills measurement (prepared by the researcher). 2- Emotional intelligence measurement (prepared by Rasha, 2005). 3- Self-Efficacy measurement (prepared by Tipton & Worthington 1984). 4- Political participation measurement (prepared by the researcher). The study found a range of results including : 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between communication skills and all of the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy and political participation for a sample of university student union. 2. There are statistically significant differences between the average marks of belonging and non-belonging students of university student unions in both the communication skills and emotional intelligence and self-efficacy and political participation towards student union.
