المستخلص Geographical features of the area subject to the study have been specified depending on natural and human standards such as; Surface relief and soil features which form the main aspect for using the land agriculturally, specifying economic function, and marking urbanism.Through the study of population growth during the period from (1954 until 2006), it has become clear that population number has been doubled more than three times through the above mentioned period. This reflects on the expansion of urbanism and its directions.Moreover, Morphology of rural dwellings and factors affecting their shapes and buildings (including formal and constructional elements) constitute a part of this study, especially, with the analysis of the income level and economic status of population effects and how all of this is reflected on the types of houses.
