Abstract
The present thesis represents the quantitation of selected multicomponent mixtures. They are either combination dosage forms that contains a mixture of different active pharmaceutical ingredients, or dosage forms containing racemates. Methods used were either UV spectrophotometric methods aided with mathematical manipulations or enantioselective HPLC methods using chiral stationary phase. The developed methods were optimized and validated.
