Abstract

Osteoporosis is a normal phenomenon that happens for every woman as she ages, it is not a medical or physical problem except for a few women who suffer due to the changes in the hormonal levels during >menopause There is a correlation between all nutritional elements, and since the aim of nutrition is partly to contribute towards a better life health >wise, there was a need to this study. This essay which the mutual impact between vitamin C and Calcium on the improvement of osteoporosis, as >well as the study of the interference of the food and medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis ( overlap of Calcium with osteonate) and determining which yielded a better result The experiment was performed on the lab rats of the species Sprague dawley ; menopausal females bought from the Memorial Ramad Hospital in AL Giza.The rats were divided into nine groups, each group.
