Abstract
Osteoporosis is a normal phenomenon that happens for every woman as she ages, it is not a medical or physical problem except for a few women who suffer due to the changes in the hormonal levels during >menopause There is a correlation between all nutritional elements, and since the aim of nutrition is partly to contribute towards a better life health >wise, there was a need to this study.
