Abstract
The aim of this study was designed to isolation of the viruses associated with these respiratory complex by trial for isolation of agents through ECE and identification by HI test and RT-PCR .A total of fifty broilers flocks were subjected to the study . clinical and post mortem examination revealed respiratory manifestation with high mortality . Respiratory tissue samples were collected from chickens in pools , after that processing of samples done under Aseptic condition . ECE were inoculated in trial for isolation which revealed high mortality among inoculated eggs reach up to 90% . and hemagglutinating activity of allantoic fluid reach 86% . to identify the hemagglutinating agent HI test were performed using specific anti sera for NDV , AI H5N1 and AI H9N2 and the result were 76% , 10% and 10% respectively.
