المستخلص
This study aimed at the most important reasons behind the accumulation of public debt, and the debt the possible to determine the size and financial competence, and the study concluded that the main reason behind the growing volume of domestic debt is a growing issue treasury bonds to bridge the budget deficit exponential. As it turns out the study of the negative effects of public debt on a number of macroeconomic variables such as private investment and GNP and public revenues. The study also found that the possible size of the domestic debt was less than the actual size of the debt achieved, which requires a reduction of the budget deficit to gross domestic debt to achieve financial competence in Egypt. The study concluded clarify some of the economic approaches to the treatment of the problem of the accumulation of public debt, with a focus on the establishment of suggested body for the management of public debt in Egypt.
