المستخلص The researcher studies (Non-Informative Sentences in IbnSahl Al-Andalusi’s Strophic Poetry). Theprimary objective was to indicate Non-Informative Sentences in his Strophic Poetry. The linguistic and Arabic studies aimed - and still aim - to maintain the language and preserve it of the factors of change and demolition. This is because the language - as scholars say –is a sophisticated object regenerating the words and uses by multiple factors over the time. The collection of poems of Ibrahim IbnSahl Al-Ashbili was printed twice: the first time was under the supervision of Dr. Ihsan Abbas in Saad Print-house in Beirut.The researcher has adopted the edition of Al-Garb Al-Islami, Lebanon - Beirut, the first edition (1998);whichwascompiled and arranged by Dr. Mohamed FaragDeguem.Strophic Poetrycame in the latter part of the collection; they were thirty-seven poems. The current study is entitled ”Non-Informative Sentences in IbnSahl Al-Andalusi’s Strophic Poetry”. The non-informative sentence in grammar means the sentence, which indicates the occurrence or the non-occurrence of something, or stating it.It does not imply truth or falsehood. The thesis is divided into three chapters; preceded by an introduction and a preface, and followed by a conclusion, then a list of resources and references. The introduction contains the meaning of the research title, the study reasons, the objectives, the methodology, previous studies, and the internal division of the research. |
