Abstract

Cosmic-ray ground and underground data are used. together with the newly developed difference coupling coefficient to determine, by the spectrographic method, features of the low and high-energy spectrum of solar anisotropy of cosmic rays. It was found that up to an upper affective rigidity boundary, Rax the spectrum has a constant form, then it sharply drops to zero. The value of the upper effective rigidity boundary and the parameter ”a”, which determine the power of the source of anisotropy are found to chango with the solar-activity cycle. Primary energy spectrum parameters of the 11-year neutron component variations have been determined. The parameters of this spectrum are found also to change with the solar- activity cycle. The time delay between cosmic ray intensity and solar activity has been dotormined.
