المستخلص The problem of the study could be formulate in the next basic question that :What is the role of the Egyptian parliament towards the issues of Al-Azhar education in Egypt before and after the revolution of 25 January 2011? This question is subdivided into several questions which are1- What is the conceptual framework for the role of the Egyptian parliament in the discussion of educational issues in Egypt? 2- What are the forces and factors affecting the performance of the Egyptian parliament in the discussion of issues concerning Al-Azhar education? 3- What is the philosophy that dominates the performance of the Egyptian parliamentary before and after the revolution of 25 January 2011 through the analysis of official documents issued by the Education Committee in the Egyptian parliament? 4- What are the requirements needed to develop the performance of the Egyptian parliamentary towards Al-Azhar education issues? Objectives of study. 1- Identify the conceptual framework for the role of the Egyptian parliament in the discussion of educational issues in Egypt. 2- Clarify the forces and factors affecting the performance of the Egyptian parliament in the discussion of issues concerning Al-Azhar education. 3- Disclosure the philosophy that dominates the performance of the Egyptian parliamentary before and after the revolution of 25 January 2011 through the analysis of official documents issued by the Education Committee in the Egyptian parliament. 4- Identify the requirements needed to develop the performance of the Egyptian parliamentary towards Al-Azhar education issues. The most impotant results of the study are : 1-First, the results relating to the Egyptian parliament debates about Al-Azhar Education issues. 2- Second, the results relating to obstacles impeding the Parliament to play a role in the oversight and legislation. 3- Obstacles facing oversight performance of the Parliament. |
