Abstract

Areas with the highest rate of critical incidents, emergency personal see hundreds of people a day who must be accurately assessed, diagnosed, and treated for their ailments. it is no surprise that accidents occur in the emergency room. whether you were incorrectly assessed, diagnosed with tge wrong consition, or recevied incorrect or inadequate follow-up treatment, you may be the victim of medical malpractice.
Anticipating and dealing with critical situations might reduce preventable errors in the treatment process.
Amedical error is defined as :
the failure, for reasons which are preventable, of a planned action to be completed as intended )i.e. error of execution), or the use of a wrong plan to achieve an ail (i.e. error of planning).
