The study investigates the religious principles in. Ibn Daqeeq al-eed
(Ahkam Al- Ahkam ) using the critical analyticap approach .
The study is divided in to an introduction, four chapters, a preface and a conclusion . The introduction presents the problem of the study , The procedure of the study, objectives of the study , division of chapters as well as reasons for choosing the title of the study . the preliminary part presents the life and career of Ibn Daqeeq al-eed .
Chapter one studies the religious principles concerning the evidences . chapter two investigates the religious principles related to orders .
The third chapter investigates the religious principle related to ways of forming orders .
Chapter four revolves around religious principles related to using reason
