The children living in streets are more prone to the severest types of sexual abuses and most criminal means with the purpose of attacking them and subjecting them to meet the desires of those individuals with homosexuality without regarding any religious or human considerations. As the child who is sexually abused during childhood doesn’t form strong or intimate relationship with his parents or one of them.
The young age at which the child is subject to sexual abuse refers to the gravity of the problem, as this age group represents the easily/middle childhood, the matter that is reflected later on his physical, psychological and social development.
Freud pointed out that early childhood emotional shocks stamps personality and paves the way to some types of psychological and mental disorders, as the cose of personality is constituted at this stage as well as the seeds health and illness.
Street children phenomenon is not limited to the Egyptian society, but it’s spread worldwide and we can never count their number accurately in Egypt not due to their big numbers but because of their frequent movements. Thus they form a grave problem threating any society, namey they are time-bomb spreads very rapidly and jeopardize the whole world.
Study Problem:
The study problem is confined to answering the following questions:
1. What is the nature of their oedipus situation?
2. What is the nature of their family relationship?
3. What are their chief mechanisms?
4. What is self-image of them?
5. What is their relationships with peers?
Study aim:
The study is intended to go beyond mere description, namely and explains carefully personality dynamics and set guide lines specially designed for them for protecting themselves from such abuses and to benefit street children caregivers to help those children to protect themselves.
Study importance:
The value of this study lies in the fact that it combines street children problem and sexual abuse and benefiting the students and researchers in the domains of clinical psychology and psycho-analysis through the clinical steps applied here to be of use in other clinical research and on other varied subjects.

Method:
This study applied the clinical approach which marked by its comprehensive and integrated dealing with individual development history as study unit.
Sample:
Study sample contained five (5) males living in streets who were sexaually abused aged (6-11) from reception center of Caritas Society.
Tools:
1. Clinical interview.
2. Thematic Appreciation Test for children (C.A.T).
3. Test of Drawing Moving Family (K.F.D)
Restuls:
The study concluded that street children psychological structure who were prone to sexual abuse has:
1. Disordered Oedipus situation marked by mother fixation as Oedipus conflict is the core of the problem.
2. Disturbed family relationships and father-mother tense relations which suffered from separation, divorse or marrying another wife, death of one of the parents or poverty. All these factors together led these children to leave home and recourse to the street as a substitute to the family and bad familial relation.
3. Using primary defense mechanisms such as projection, justification, denial and introjections.
4. Low disturbed self-image.
5. Taking street peers as an alternative to family who affect and encourage them to delinquency path.
Other findings resulted from this study:
1. These children suffered from anxiety.
2. They suffered from depression as well.
3. They are in need of demands of psychological origin as self-achievement, appreciation, as well as affection, care and satisfaction psychologically.
