Abstract The present study included 50 females in reproductive age with infertility that had done ICSI in Minia Infertility Research Unit (MIRU), Minia University in the period from March till December, 2008. They were divided into 2 groups: Group I: Included 25 females with successful implantation of good quality embryo as a control group, their ages ranged from 19 to 35 years. Group II: Included 25 females with failed implantation of good quality embryo, their ages ranged from 20 to 40 years. The following tests were done for each subject: Anti Annexin V antibodies (ANX V-IgM). The study showed the fillowing results: 1- There were no significant differences between the studied groups concerning demographic data and routine investigations. 2- There were high significant differences between the studied groups in the Anti Annexin V-IgM level. |
