Abstract
Fourteen patients were selected from the outpatient clinic of Removable Prosthodontic Department, Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Cairo University. They were randomly divided into two equal groups. The first group received complete overdentures retained by conventional ball and socket attachments, while the second group received complete overdentures retained by self-parallelizing ball attachments.
