Abstract
I have used in this research were 5514 animal farm 5186 cows - buffalo 0.325 sheep 0.93 goats. Have been slaughtered have been checked for liver injury and hepatic worm ratio calculated in different animals as follows: the proportion of liver destitute as follows 933 (18%) of cows - 70 (21%) of sheep - 14 (15%) goats. The rate of hepatic injury worm in this impoverished quantities as follows: 460 (49%) cows 0.59 (71%) sheep, (64%) goats. It has been observed that the microscopic examination of infected animals worm hepatic bile duct where large and saturated and include a large portion of the hepatic tissue, and in some cases appeared cancerous cells in the wall of the bile duct and chronic inflammation of the bile ducts that contain worms hepatocytes. Has appeared Baabism areas near Mamrrat parasite liver cells filled with macrophages and lymphocytes. And found inflammation in the arteries and veins in the areas where Casement became thick of fibrosis around the bile duct and blood vessels where the occupied parts of it have been found bleeding in the middle of the liver lobes. In the gallbladder found large fish in the cells lining her after breeding and were surrounded by cells, inflammatory and sometimes appeared cancerous cells in the grandparents have stretched inflammatory cells and in some cases appeared cancerous cells in the grandparents have stretched inflammatory cells to the class quarterly them and may find the worm hepatocytes in Tjoifaa .
