Women are half of the society which is the basis for building the family
proper and located them greater responsibilities in the education and development of future generations and instilling values and ethics in them and under the
industrial revolution of women going out to work just like men working outside
the home as well as its primary role and the first which care for Family Affairs
and Education sons and compatibility prisoners within the family so there was a
problem is how to achieve the balance between women working outside the home,
inside and compatibility prisoners successfully .
It was clear that the greater the proportion of women working outside the
home has become this question at the center of attention and it is difficult to
women achieve this balance, which makes them succeed in work outside the
home and also succeed at work inside the house where the women feel they are
always in the service inside and outside the home This is the real problem. The
suffering of the balance between business requirements and the needs of the
family and reflected on the spouse and family that lead to multiple problems,
including:
- The disintegration of the family, leaving the children to nannies, fatigue women
and vulnerability to disease, lack of time, which can not lengthened.
Given all the above, we are in the process problem women’s role in conflict
and try compatibility prisoners despite this conflict for the great role and therefore
had to be a study of this conflict for the role of women and the extent of its impact
on the compatibility of prisoners

The research problem is determined to answer:
1: What the multiple roles of housewife at the moment?

3: What is the nature of the relationship between social and economic

4: What is the difference between the study variables and role conflict and

6: What is the nature of the relationship between the level of role conflict and
compatibility of prisoners and the educational level of the husband?
Objectives of this study :
1 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of conflict the
roles and compatibility prisoners.
2 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the
conflict and the educational level of the wife.
3 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of
compatibility and the educational level of the wife.
4 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the
conflict and the number of children.
5 - There is a statistically significant relationship between dimensions of

6 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the

The recommendations of the study:
After the above presentation and discussion of the results of the study
researcher recommends that the following recommendations:
1. Establishing scientific seminars and outreach programs directed to women
heads of households to increase their awareness of how to deal with conflict
roles through good management of suppliers time and effort as they have a
significant impact on life on the face of the conflict through centers
maternal and child care and the National Council for Women, which will
have a return on compatibility prisoners the mother of the family.
2. Urged the media to pay attention to the programs and seminars that discuss
the subject of compatibility prisoners because of its significant impact in
our lives and illustrate the importance of personal and social compatibility
and marital the mother of the family, which is reflected Aijaaaaly face
conflict and family life.
3. Work on the development of home economics curriculum by developing
curriculum academic scientific management Family Affairs (time, effort
and how to provide the requirements of the family) in all grades through the
teaching methods of simplifying business and modern means of saving time
and effort housewife and the opportunity to care for their children and
caring husband and do various tasks entrusted by Rob family.
4. Urged authorities and various social institutions for women to pay attention
to the application and implementation of the findings of the studies and
research on the problems of women heads of household and work to resolve
them.
5. Do centers couples of youth work some extension programs of the
importance of the roles played housewife (working and non-working) and
how to confront what undergo problems and the impact on the
compatibility of prisoners and provide them with modern methods in
education and treatment for the children even reflected positively on the community.
