Education in any society does reflect the culture of that society, the nature of education differs from one society to another according to the culture of each society Religion as well represents one of the cultural components to the religious communities, i.e. That their members do have a conviction in a certain religion, and it is expected for education to be in Muslim societies, whether Arab or non-Arab–an Islamic education emanating from the Islamic values and teachings. The thinkers of the Muslim Ummah and jurists and scientists have created along the ages great heritage in various areas and enriched other nations that benefitted from Islamic civilization, which helped them build their Renaissance, from amongst these areas in which the Muslim scientists have greatly contributed to is the field of education, their intellectual heritage does contain many writings in the field of education, some of them have devoted whole books in the field of education , meanwhile the educational ideas of the others came within and between the lines of their writings in other areas such as fiqh and others.
The science of Fiqh ( Islamic jurisprudence )that is based on Quran and Sunnah is one of Sources of Islamic education due to the chapters and doctrinal issues of provisions relating to educating children, their upbringing , the establishment and maintaining of Muslim family as one of the most important educational institutions in the society, as well as codifying the relationship between teacher and learner, and the provisions of the religious endowment as one source of funding for education, and the provisions of the mosque as an educational institution, as well as other educational issues dealt with by the Muslim scholars. The current study focuses on educational issues in the most important sources of the Hanbali School which is of particular importance among the sources of doctrine because of the high position which the jurists of the Hanbali School have
1. The scholars of Hanbali School had great interest in physical education as one of the most important aspects of comprehensive education.
2. The scholars of Hanbali School made the goal of physical education the preparation for Jihad.
3. it is not educational in the Hanbali school to pasictice all these games that lead to waste of time without interest or these that lead to torturing the animal such as sheep-butting and cock fights .
4. The Hanbali Jurists classified a jurisprudence chapter for the provisions of racing and shooting.
VII: concerning some issues of community education and values in the Hanbali School.
The most important findings of the study include:
1. Hanbali jurists stressed the importance of the Islamic Waqf in financing education and extending its umbrella to include those who are not affluent from the Muslim community.
2. The Hanbali school scholars discussed a number of morals and values that must be planted in young youth: including table manners, hospitality good neighborliness and animal welfare.
