And ways of growth and training programs include training and seminars and participate in seminars and conferences and to continue to include formal education or higher education or scholarships, or access to professional organizations or association of br scientific or educational. br Thus, the urgent need for continuing education in service to combat the inertia and the individual only the professional knowledge and skills of old to pay for the results of studies and research, which is updated every day. br Refinement programs and in-service training in physical education provides opportunities for growth and experience and proficiency, quality and met the professional requirements and provided by the theoretical and practical problems likely to face the realities on the ground or whether the needs of technical problems or educational or administrative. br It is through the work of the researcher as a teacher of physical education in primary education and continuing dealings with the deans of education and sports interviews some mentors to the Directorate of Education, Assiut and br 2 br look at some previous studies, periodicals and scientific references show that the profession of physical education have a special requirements must br be based on the view of the nature Special deal with the various groups of students, teachers and administrators so that they can carry out their work to the fullest. br It also shows that primary education suffers -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; serious shortcomings in the guidance of the teacher as well as the management techniques used in the methods of the organization and implementation of courses, br competitions and sports activities throughout the year and this is due to a lack of mentors in education, physical education skills to primary br orientation process because they were not adequately qualified as are promoted or assigned to the function-oriented without being trained on the br works of art for function-oriented, but are trained on the administrative function of the beholder. br As recommended by some studies must be done in training programs for br mentors and in-service vocational rehabilitation so as to shortcomings in the supervisory and technical aspects necessary for the physical education mentors. br It is already clear during the search of a problem in that there were serious br shortcomings in the training and refinement of physical education educators, and most scientific references and studies recommended the br need to hold training sessions for mentors to refine physical education, in br spite of all this, even if there is no one study or a scientific method of regulated to refine the training and mentors during the physical education service. br Therefore, the researcher felt the need to: design A Suggested Program br for Training and Developing the Physical Education Supervisors of Primary Stage According To the Requirements of Vocational Work. br The Aim of Research: br The aim of this research to Design A Suggested Program for Training and Developing the Physical Education Supervisors of Primary Stage in Assiut, through the identification of : br - The Requirements of Vocational Work for the Physical Education Supervisors in the Education Primary Stage in Assiut . br - Content of the training program for the Physical Education Supervisors in the Education Primary Stage in Assiut. br 3 br Research Questions: br In light of the objective of research puts the researcher the following questions: br 1 - What are the main The Requirements of Vocational Work for the Physical Education Supervisors in the Education Primary Stage in Assiut? br 2 - What the content of the training program for the Physical Education Supervisors in the Education Primary Stage in Assiut? br Plan And Procedures Of Research: br Method of Research: br Researcher used the descriptive approach (surveys) Sand and procedures in -#111;-#114;-#100;-#101;-#114; to achieve the objectives of relevance to your search. br Society and the Research Sample: br The Research Community on: br 1 - colleges of education and physical education specialists in the field of curriculum and teaching methods, education, psychology and physical education educators first Department of Education, Assiut, and the strength of (19) nineteen expert questionnaire forms were applied. br 2 - Physical Education deans in the Directorate of Primary Education Education Assiut Governorate and the (53) Fifty-three is directed, the researcher has the choice of the random sample survey of the manner of (31) Thirty-one community-oriented research, amounted to a percentage br (58.49%). br 3 - physical ’ education teachers in primary education, the Directorate of Education, Assiut Governorate Educational obtaining a bachelor of professional sports and exercising (5) years and the least (94) Ninety-four teachers, the researcher has the choice of the random sample survey of the manner of (72) Seventy-two milestone of the research community, amounting to a percentage (76.60%) br Data Collection Tools: br 1-Analysis of documents and records (content analysis) br 2-Interview br 3-Questionnaire Form br Two forms, the researcher prepared a questionnaire br 4 br First: the first form, the questionnaire aimed to identify the most important requirements of the professional work of educators in physical education in primary education. br Second: The second form, the questionnaire aimed to identify specific dimensions of the proposed program in terms of objectives, and the foundations, content, time, location, training methods, the means used in the training, methods of evaluation. br The Conclusions and Recommendation: First: the conclusions: br in light of results of the research the researcher went to the following Conclusions: br 1 - A researcher to the most important requirements of the Vocational Work of the Physical Education Supervisors in the Education Primary Stage and the number of requirements that have been agreed by the research of a sample (91) Ninety-one requirement Facility (5) and was distributed as follows: br -The requirements of the professional (21) Twenty-one requirement. br - Educational requirements of the (17) seventeen requirement. br -The administrative requirements (13) Thirteen requirement. . br - The requirements of the social (12) twelve requirement. br -Personal requirements of the (21) eleven requirement. br - The requirements of the cultural (7) seven requirements. br 2 - A researcher to design a Program for Training and Developing the br Physical Education Supervisors of Primary Stage According To the Requirements of Vocational Work. br 5 br Second: Recommendations br In light of the results of research, including the researcher recommends the following: br 1 - the need to implement the proposed program and its use for rehabilitation and training for promotion to the post of a sports culture in primary education. br 2 - to adopt the central administration in Cairo for training with the br Academy’s professional instructors in coordination with the Colleges of Physical Education on the implementation of the proposed program br mentors in physical education in primary education. br 3 - to amend the conditions of the selection made on the basis of objective criteria and in light of the requirements of professional work, which was reached by the researcher. br 4 - a guide for mentors and teachers to define the functions, responsibilities and requirements of each function of the workers in the field of education school sports. br 5 - the work of the library’s technical direction of the Office of Physical br Education contain references to modern scientific and technical guidance Scouting with the work of a special corner of the library school physical br education. br 6 - to send a group of mentors to the outside of the road for the most recent br guidance. br 7 - The meeting between the targeted and pre-school teachers, which is br directed by the supervision of the Agreement on the plan and how to br follow. br 8 - urged the supervisors to attend postgraduate studies to find out what is br new in school physical education and technical guidance. br 9 - Conduct further studies to design and refine training programs to prepare educators P.E different stages of education in the light of the requirements of professional work. br 10 - Further studies for the design and refinement of training programs for the preparation of physical education teacher education, the various stages are based in light of the requirements of Vocational Work. br 11 - Conducting special studies directed on how to work with talented and caring, as well as how to work with people with special needs education br different stage.
