Abstract
Adverse drug reactions among the leading causes of death in many countries. The rate medication errors (MEs) and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) is greater than that for patients admitted to general medical wards So, the aim of this study is three-fold, first is to assess the prevalence of adverse drug reactions among ICU patients at the critical care department, Elmanial university hospital.
