This research discusses the issue of contemporary issues, namely:
Permission of the patient in surgery - its provisions and its impact
in the Islamic jurisprudence(Analytical study)
This research is divided into an introduction and preface and five
chapters.
Valtmhid:
Divided into three demands.
In the first requirement: talked about the definition of authorization in
the language and terminology,
And that this authorization is given the right to the doctor in the being of
the patient as it deems appropriate to preserve his life.
In the second requirement: talked about the definition of the disease
and the patient.
And that the disease is all that came out to the extent organism health
and moderation, of an illness in his body, or hypocrisy in his heart, or
shorten something.
The patient is a sickness, or lack of, or deviation.
In the third demand: talked about the definition of surgical procedures
in the language and terminology.
And surgical operations is intended to: what the doctor of a surgical
procedure intent to reform handicap, or repair member was wounded or
the like, or with intent to empty the liquid or pus or something strange
about the body.
The first chapter: talked about the rule of giving permission and
medical forms.
This chapter is divided into two sections:
In the first topic: I talked about medical judgment given permission
from the patient
This section has been divided into three demands.
In the first requirement: talked about the medication in case of
whether something is old.

before starting medical surgery.
In the second part: types showed medical authorization.

the doctor authorized you to perform surgery, or non-explicit; if
